55°-65° squeegees are softer which are suitable for printing on uneven surfaces but product life is shorter than other durometer hardness
65°-75° squeegees are in medium range of hardness which are suitable for printing on various materials. This range of hardness is the most common application for 80% of our customers
75°-85° squeegees are harder which are suitable for the application that requires abrasion and solvent resistance squeegees for printing fine graphics

profile P0 squeegees are commonly used for screen printing on flat surfaces because of the cubic shape of the squeegee. The P0 squeegees have stronger scraping pressure than the others, therefore they are suitable for printing miniature graphics such as fine characters and mesh, etc. Thus, the printed ink film thickness is thinner than the others being. On the other hand, the harder P0 squeegees fit textured surfaces very well, so they effectively decline the chance of flooding caused by using inappropriate squeegee profile. The P0 squeegees are good at printing on cylindrical materials as well.

The ink film thickness is up to the chosen profile of squeegees.
