• The servo motor pad printer is equipped with 3-axis linear guide, which can be customized according to requirements and is suitable for printing on various objects. This pad printer can be used exclusively for contact lenses; a (4 cavity mold) printing pad base is used. 3 color printing can be completed quickly.

• The ink pickup position, printing position, and the pad cleaning position of this CNC 3-axis pad printer can be set through the parameters to set the 3 axis (X, Y, Z axis) position with high precision. 

• Customized 3-color ink cup straight scraping pad printing mechanism; the printing angle for each color can be adjusted independently.

• Automatic pad cleaning mechanism: the number of cleaning times and the pad cleaning after printing several times can be set.

• The ink scraping action is driven by pneumatic cylinder.

• With pressure-regulating ink scraping system (patent no. M311585), the scraping pressure of the ink cup can be adjusted easily.

• The printing pad is pressed down by servo control. There are 2-stage speed change, fast and slow.

• The printing station can be set to proceed freely. In other words, the printing order can be changed by setting.

• The printing times of each pad printing station can be set separately.
