Curved Screen Printer Feature 

• The screen printer is equipped with 7 65536 color TFT touch screen. The HMI is built in 5 languages, Traditional Chinese, English, Indonesian, Vietnamese, and Thai.

  • With I/O (input/output), each sensor location is shown in whole area of the machine.

  • Abnormal alarm display is convenient for operator to quickly eliminate abnormalities.

  • Electronic air pressure sensing will alarm automatically for insufficient air pressure.

  • The use number of times of the printing pad or cliche can be set. When the set value reaches, the printer will automatically stop and alarm.

• Adopt PLC that is easy to add or modify functions:

  • Servo running position is shown on the screen.

  • Multiple group formula storage. Parameters setting.

• This screen printer has production history function: built in smart bar chart that the productivity in the past 30 days, operation time, production speed can be shown.

• The machine has WIFI function; you can download the FineCause APP to connect the machine. No matter where you are, you can see the productivity report.

• Pneumatic squeegee set lifts linearly.

  • Traditional manual lift is easy to cause the squeegee height to shift.

  • Screen stencil cleaning is faster.

  • When the squeegee is lifted manually, it is easy to cause the ink to flow out of the screen stencil.

• Servo scrapes ink smoothly without pauses.

• Magnetic squeegee clip (patent M390871) - the squeegee position can be slided easily. Simple to adjust and disassemble.

• Precision guideways  are used to provide stable support for the squeegee set. The entire ink doctoring process can be controlled within a fine tolerance range.

• Ink doctoring printing adopts servo motor with linear guideway and ballscrew.

  • Accurate digital input for starting position. Can 360 degrees seamless connection.
