Pad Printer Precision Inspection

The inspection equipment sensor precision have to be within +/- 0.01mm and the inspection standard range have to be within 0.05mm. The machine is left the factory only when these two standards are met.
Each inspection data can enter the equipment name and inspector. You can choose to inspect the front position measurement and the rear position measurement of the pad printer or do front and back measurement at the same time.
After the inspection is completed, the current inspection data will be automatically generated, such as average value, maximum value, minimum value, precision, +/- precision.
30 pcs of data in maximum can be repeatedly inspected. After the inspection is completed, the data will be temporarily stored in the program for review.
After the inspection is completed, the data can be transferred to the computer in EXCEL file for recording synchronously.
