  • The volatilization speed can be increased to promote the ink deposit of printing pad.

  • The viscosity of printing ink can be reduced. The effect of the ink becoming less viscous due to heating.

  • The opacity effect can be increased. The evaporation speed is increased due to heating so that the deeper depth cliché can be used to create thicker film thickness and better opacity.

  • Set the printing plate temperature to 35 degrees Celsius. When the temperature is raised to 35 degrees, the constant temperature can be maintained. No matter how cold the temperature or air-conditioning room is, the temperature of the printing plate can be maintained at 35 degrees.
