Use 2 standard pad printers. Each pad printer is able to move individually in up and down, left and right, front and rear manner.

■ Pad printer feature

This pad printing machine is equipped with a 12-stations carousel.
Jig switch mechanism - open the jig clamping mechanism for picking and placing the objects.
Adopt 6-stations carousel for objects storage and automatic objects lifting and feeding mechanism (600pcs). Match with objects jacking mechanism (including electrostatic blowing device).
Automatic detection if 2 cards are stuck together and dust removal.
Use 2 mechanical arms to pick up and place the objects at the same time in a rotating way to speed up the feeding speed.
Jig adjustment base and CCD alignment.
you can adjust the cliché to correct position easily.
Adopt pressure-regulating ink doctoring system (patent no. M311585)that the ink cup scraping pressure can be adjusted easily.
Equipped with hot air drying.
Z-axis lifting - can adjust the position of the Fine Cause standard pad printing machine.
NG collecting mechanism - AOI identifies NG PVC cards, which will be collected to the device. When the objects are full in the device, they will be unloaded by personnel.
Collecting conveyor belt - each station can store 50 pcs of card; total in 8 stations.
Mechanical arm for distributing objects - PVC card identified by AOI will be placed on NG collecting station or collecting conveyor belt in a straight line manner.
The printer is made of stainless steel with some painted channel steel. The door is made of clear acrylic.
