Dual-Axis Servo Platform for Spray Coating Machine-FA-600S2-BS

The spray coating machine is equipped with a dual-axis servo platform, which allows for adjustable movement and jogging speed and setting to spray in specific areas.

  • Adopt 7" HMI (65536 color TFT touch screen):

    • Built-in 5 languages, traditional Chinese, English, Indonesian, Vietnamese,and Thai.

    • With abnormality alarm display, the  production personnel is able to eliminate the abnormalities quickly.

  • The PLC is adopted, making it easy to add or modify functions:

    • The servo operating position is displayed on the screen.

    • Multiple sets of formulas can be stored. The parameters can be set.

  • The servo motor is equipped with linear guideways and ball screw rods, ensuring precise and rapid operation process.

  • The X-axis utilizes a 600mm stroke servo slide for the left and right movement.

  • The Y-axis utilizes a 500mm stroke servo slide for forward and backward movement.

  • The Z-axis utilizes a manual adjustment for up and down movement.

  • To accommodate spraying operations, the body of the machine is designed with stainless steel for covering, allowing for direct water rinsing that the cleaning process is speeded up. It is suitable for various painting and spraying applications.

Spraying area setting

  • Input position of 【start point】 and 【end point】, set them accordingly, and then 【complete automatic spray】.

    • Spray in 【partial】 area can be set.

 

Operation mode

  • Unidirectional continuation 

    • Unidirectional intermittence (intermittent mode allows for non-continuous spraying)

  • Bidirectional continuation (bidirectional mode can be set to pause spraying during column change)

    • Bidirectional intermittence
