  • If to use traditional cliche base that the cliche is secured by screw, the corners of the cliche may lift up slightly in different angle due to each time locking force difference, resulting the minor deviations in printing position.

• Magnetic cliche fixation base provides precise magnetic attraction positioning.

• There are 2 activation methods can be chosen:

• 1. The magnetic attraction can be activated by choosing the sensor induction method.

  • When the cliché approaches, the base will do magnetic attraction and the sensor will light.

• 2. Alternatively, the magnetic attraction is activated when the ink cup goes down.

• HMI smart monitoring notifications help minimize wear and tear.

  • If there is an issue during operation that the sensor fails to detect the electromagnetic attraction, the ink cup will immediately move backward and stop and the cliche will remain fixed in place. The HMI will display an 【abnormal warning notification】.

  • If traditional cliche base is not securely locked and the pad printing machine operates, the cliche may move forward, causing the ink cup to move and fall instantly and the ink will splash out; 【in severe cases, this may even damage the ink cup and doctoring ring.】
