Mechanical Process:

• Material placement above the platform

• Start vacuum system

• Jig-free, CCD visual positioning

• Auto-positioning, laser sensing the glass rim

• Cylinder power pressing placement (to evenly press and place the whole piece of glass)

• The twin pad printers work at the same time

• Rubber pad system adopts electric cyliner (to stabilize printing speed)

• Rubber pad system adopts DD motor (to provide printing angle 45° or 90°)

• Optional L corner printing and unilateral rotation printing

• Re-positioning before each printing

• Completion signal to remind discharging

Productivity: 1 piece per minute (input/output not included; L corner and up-side-down U shape cavity printed separately; 4 times printing each of 45° and 90°); pringting density at the up-side-down U shape cavity is +/-0.2 mm
