FC-161CNC-Horizontal scraping single-color ink cup pad printer-DM

FC-161CNC is designed so that it can enlarge the printed area.  It is the kind of machine which operate from the left side to the right side. 

• The ink cup that stops on a single side (left or right) or both sides can be set by HMI, providing greater convenience and being suitable for printing on various objects without limitations on the stopping side.

• Adopt Japanese SMC rodless cylinders, ensuring high quality.

• Independent pressure adjustable ink cup scraping system (Patent No. M311585) with magnetic ink cup cover, convenience to adjust ink cup pressure and ink cup assemble with printing plate.

• The pad printer is fully upgraded with a 7-inch color touch panel screen and PLC controller. The man-machine interface can be easily switched to select the language:English, Indonesian, Vietnamese ,Thai andTraditional Chinese. 

• Abnormal warning display, convenient for quickly eliminate abnormalities

• Digital pressure sensor, automatic alarm display for insufficient air pressure

• Able to set the number of times which Pad-Print Printing is used, and it will automatically stop and display inform when the number is arrives.

• PLC Programmable Logic Controller easy to add and modify function

• Built in smart bar chart, production data displayed by graphs in the past 30 days. Connect with FineCause APP, no matter where you are, you can overview the production data of your pad printer.
